The Pink Bee ‘I Fritti di Chiara - Gluten Free!
L’Ape Rosa is Italy’s first gluten-free fry shop on three wheels.
The project stems from the owner’s desire to bring the gluten-free cuisine of her Milanese restaurants to the whole of Italy.
The menu consists of tasty dishes inspired by Italian tradition, made only with excellent products.
Vegan and lactose-free alternatives are also available.
On request, it is possible to customise and extend the food offer with regional specialities from our restaurant menus, gourmet sandwiches and pizzas.
The originality of the vehicle and the versatility of the menu make the Ape Rosa an ideal catering solution to make private events and special occasions unique and fun.
Finally, it is also possible to create ad hoc gadgets inspired by the Ape for guests.
